Dr. Chen received the Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics from Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang, China, in 2010. He received the Ph.D. Degree in Control Science and Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai, China, in 2015. He is now an Associate Professor in Jiangsu University. He has published about 20 academic papers in international journals and conferences. He maintains good cooperative relationships with University of Strathclyde and Glasgow Caledonia University in UK.
